Analyte:Antibiotic Residue
Samples:Raw milk
The Beta-lactam ring is part of the core structure of several antibiotic families, the principal ones being the penicillins, cephalosporins, carbapenems, and monobactams, which are, therefore, also called beta-lactam antibiotics. Nearly all of these antibiotics work by inhibiting bacterial cell wall biosynthesis. The detection of veterinary drug residues such as beta-lactams in raw milk is of great concern for the dairy industry because of the potential interfering and adverse effects of antibiotic residues frequently found in raw milk.
Intended Use
Beta-lactams Rapid Test Kit is a lateral flow assay that determines the residues for the presence of beta-lactams residues in raw milk. This test is designed for on-site rapid detection in various enterprises, testing institutions and supervision departments.
